The challenge

MisterFly is now looking for a talented Contracting Manager to take the company to the next level.

Part of the Contract & Purchasing Department and in a very fast growing environment, you will be in charge of delivering a best in class product offering by:

  • - Negotiating discounts of up to 80% with hotels, hotel chains & DMC
  • - Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product
  • - Manage all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement and allocation management
  • - Sourcing of new suppliers (Hotels, DMC …)
  • - Management of Contracting assistants

  • … Are graduated with a Business, Marketing / Tourism Administration Degree at least BAC +4
  • … Show perfect knowledge of Spanish and/or English (any other foreign language highly appreciated)
  • … Worked at least 3 years in a similar position. A previous experience in travel industry is highly appreciated
  • … Have advanced knowledge in Excel and in a GDS (Sabre, Gallileo, Amadeus). Sales Force and Orchestra platform will be a plus
  • … Have experiences in the online travel/hotel industry or in negotiation of contracts with hotels, DMC, Airlines & Tour Operators (Possess a black book of contacts is a plus)
  • … Are A proven Contracts Manager with a track record of successful product roles (previous flash sale experience a bonus)
  • … Are known for your Attention to detail, accuracy and speed
  • … Have excellent sales, business development and negotiation skills
  • … Are Team player, positive minded & Driven by results
  • … Have Boundless energy and commitment to your work and an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach to business.
